The plan may need clearer financial logic, but cross functional execution needs something more: an operating model that connects strategy, teams, approvals, risks, reporting, and measurable outcomes.<\/p>\n

This distinction matters for founders, enterprise leaders, PMO teams, CFO teams, and consulting advisors. A better document can support funding or leadership approval. A better execution model helps the organization deliver what the document promised.<\/p>\n
